Neil and Gary at Montlake Bike Shop in Seattle will host an informal evening to share stories about long-distance bicycle touring. I’ll have my bike and all my gear there, in order to talk and debate details about gear ratios and what not to bring on a long ride. I’ll show a few pictures of my trip and try to answer any and all questions. Another Northern Tier cyclist, Bob Kingsbury, will also be there to talk about his ride. Should be fun. Refreshments will be served, courtesy of Montlake Bike Shop. I hope some of my local followers can join us. — Dave
WHEN: Saturday, November 12, 2016 – 5:30 p.m
WHERE: Montlake Bike Shop, 2223 24th Ave. E, Seattle 98112
(If you are able to come, would you do us the courtesy of an RSVP to me at galvind53@gmail.com by Friday noon? That’ll give Neil and Gary some help in figuring out how many kegs to order!)
So bummed we’ll be in Arizona, let us know about an encore performance. Much love, Jeanne and Jack

Good to hear you are sharing your adventure with others. We can’t make it as we are on Oahu, Hawaii until the 16th. Hope you have a good time. Maybe we can see some more of your photos and trip adventures at Sahalie.
